Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University celebrates the seventh anniversary of Iraqi Victory Day: the anniversary of the great victory and cleansing of the homeland

With great pride and honor, the Engineering Technical College of Petroleum and Energy in Muthanna, in cooperation with the Samawa Technical Institute, organized a celebration on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of Iraqi Victory Day, in the presence of Professor Dr. Sabah Muhammad Al-Mutoki, Dean of the College and the Institute, and a group of employees and students of the College and Institute.

The celebration began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an and the reading of Surah Al-Fatihah for the souls of the nation’s martyrs. In his speech on the occasion, Prof. Dr. Sabah Muhammad Al-Mutoki praised the historical role of the supreme religious authority, whose word for sufficient fight was the basis for achieving Iraqi victory. He stressed that this fatwa united the Iraqi people and supported the armed forces of all types, so that they could win their battle, defeat the enemies, and cleanse the homeland.

Dr. Al-Mutoki also pointed out that the victory was achieved thanks to the sacrifices of the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the homeland, stressing that the memory of this day will remain immortal in the hearts of future generations, and will remain a symbol of steadfastness and heroism.
