The Technical Engineering College of Petroleum and Energy Organizes a Training Course on Women’s Empowerment in E-Governance and Job Performance Enhancement.

As part of the Middle Technical University’s efforts to empower women and develop their skills, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the Technical Engineering College of Petroleum and Energy organized a training course titled:

“Enhancing Women’s Capacity in E-Governance, Understanding the Civil Service Law, and Improving Job Performance.”

The course covered key topics, including:
★ The role of women in e-governance
★ A simplified explanation of the Civil Service Law
★ Mechanisms for performance improvement and workplace enhancement

The session was attended by a number of college staff and students, with a focus on raising professional and administrative awareness.
