The Engineering Technical College of Oil and Energy organizes a training course on drilling rig systems.

The Department of Oil and Gas Engineering Technologies, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a training course titled:
“Types of Drilling Rig Systems”
As part of its scientific initiatives aimed at developing the skills of students and engineering staff in the field of oil drilling.

Course Topics:

🔹 Introduction to drilling rigs and their primary functions.
🔹 Differences between onshore and offshore drilling rigs.
🔹 Main components of drilling rigs.

Course Objectives:

To familiarize participants with the types of drilling rig systems used in the oil and gas industry, including their components and operational mechanisms. This knowledge will enable them to select the most suitable system for drilling sites and enhance operational performance.
