His Excellency the respected Governor of Al-Muthanna, Mr. Muhannad Al-Atabi, presented a congratulatory letter to Assistant Professor Dr. Sadiq Hassan Abdulaziz Al-Lawzi on the occasion of his assumption of duties as Dean of the Technical Engineering College for Oil and Energy.
