Technical Engineering College for Petroleum and Energy/Al-Muthanna Holds Celebration for Iraqi National Day

The Technical Engineering College for Petroleum and Energy/Al-Muthanna organized a celebration on the occasion of the Iraqi National Day, attended by Assist. Prof. Dr. Sadiq Hasan Al-Lawzi, Dean of the College, his assistants, and a number of faculty, staff, and students.

The celebration began with the playing of the Iraqi national anthem and the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah in remembrance of the souls of Iraq’s martyrs. This was followed by a speech by the Dean, in which he emphasized that this day reflects Iraq’s unity and the pride of its people in their long history, honoring their sacrifices in building the nation and protecting its sovereignty.

The celebration also included the recitation of patriotic poems embodying the love for Iraq and the sincerity of belonging, in an atmosphere filled with pride and honor.

The event concluded with thanks to the attendees and prayers for security and peace to prevail throughout Iraq.
