Evening Study Students Commence Their Practical Lectures in Mechanical Workshops.

The Continuing Education Unit at Al-Muthanna Technical Engineering College for Oil and Energy, one of the formations of the Middle Technical University of Al-Furat, organized a training course titled “Time Management Skills in Shared Workspaces.” The course aimed to develop participants’ skills in time organization and improve performance in modern work environments.
The course covered several key topics, most notably:
🔹 Concepts of time management and their impact on enhancing employee efficiency.
🔹 Challenges in shared workspaces, such as noise, frequent interruptions, lack of privacy, and difficulty concentrating.
🔹 Excessive use of devices and technologies and its impact on productivity.
🔹 The importance of using modern tools and techniques for time management.
🔹 Promoting work-life balance by reducing burnout, improving quality of life, and increasing productivity and creativity.
In conclusion, the course produced a set of practical recommendations to enhance time organization and increase productivity across various work environments.
