Dean of the Technical Engineering College for Oil and Energy / Al-Muthanna Visits the Samawa Refinery

To enhance cooperation with oil institutions, Assistant Professor Dr. Sadiq Hasan Al-Lawzi, Dean of the Technical Engineering College for Oil and Energy / Al-Muthanna, along with a delegation from the college, visited the Samawa Refinery.

During the visit, ways to develop mutual cooperation, exchange expertise, support scientific research, and activate student projects were discussed. Both parties also agreed to host college students at the refinery for summer training under the supervision of the refinery’s engineers.

Dr. Al-Lawzi praised the efforts of the refinery’s management and their cooperation with the college. At the end of the visit, he presented commemorative shields to the refinery’s director, Engineer Khaled Na’ama Hasan, and the head of the Training and Development Unit, Engineer Qasim Ali Hasan, in recognition of their outstanding roles in supporting mutual cooperation and partnership with the technical college.

This visit aligns with the directives of the Middle Euphrates Technical University, aimed at fostering constructive partnerships between the university’s formations and governmental institutions.
