The Technical Engineering College for Oil and Energy / Al-Muthanna Council Holds Its Fifth Session for the Academic Year 2025–2026

The Council of the Technical Engineering College for Oil and Energy / Al-Muthanna held its fifth session for the academic year 2025–2026, chaired by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Sadiq Hasan Al-Lawzi, and attended by all council members.

The council discussed several items on the agenda, most notably:

🔹 Preparations for the final examinations of the first semester for second-year students, including arranging examination halls, invigilation schedules, and organizing all requirements for the smooth conduct of exams.

🔹 Emphasizing strict adherence to official working hours for all staff and affiliates.

🔹 Urging academic departments to monitor student absences and ensure compliance with the official uniform policy.

🔹 Following up on the academic plans of the departments and encouraging faculty members to increase their scientific output and focus on applied research.

🔹 Enhancing student participation in university-led student activities and activating academic advising hours.

🔹 Emphasizing the implementation of safety measures and providing preventive supplies to ensure a secure educational environment.

The council also discussed a range of general issues and matters related to the college’s current situation and ways to improve its educational and administrative environment.
