Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Enhancing Women’s Participation:

• Organize programs to strengthen women’s role in all academic and professional fields.
• Encourage female students and staff to engage in academic and administrative activities.
• Support projects and initiatives that contribute to women’s empowerment at the college and community levels.

2. Providing Support and Counseling:

• Offer psychological and social support to female students, staff, and faculty members.
• Provide professional and academic guidance to women to develop their career and academic paths.
• Address and resolve challenges faced by women on campus in coordination with relevant authorities.

3. Organizing Workshops and Seminars:

• Conduct training workshops and seminars to build women’s capacities in academic, research, and leadership fields.
• Invite specialized speakers to share practical expertise on women’s empowerment and gender equality.

4. Conducting Research and Studies:

• Conduct studies and research on the status and challenges of women at the college.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to the college administration to improve women’s conditions and foster a supportive environment.

5. Collaborating with Institutions and Organizations:
