The Information Technology Division is considered one of the divisions that support the educational process in terms of technical and educational support for all college facilities and in comparison with the teaching programs that are held by the unit to develop administrative, technical and teaching cadres through the provision of scientific laboratories. In addition to the Internet unit, which is carried out through external aspiration and scientific development taking place in the world, and which is occupied by professors and students.
This division supports all scientific departments and administrative units with technical expertise, training and development, and informs them of scientific development via the Internet connected to their scientific departments, as well as supporting the center by providing the technical needs of devices and equipment and maintaining them.
Information Technology Division Administrator: tasks and duties
Follow up on the center’s administrative affairs and respond to official correspondence.
Organizing committees within the center.
Follow up on the implementation of the lessons held at the center according to the weekly schedule.
Evaluating the annual performance of the center’s employees.
Member of the administrative and technical committees.
Monitoring the computer laboratories in the college and identifying their needs.
Supervising the process of ensuring the availability of all equipment and materials before the beginning of the academic year for the purpose of sustaining the teaching process according to the prescribed curriculum.
Providing the college’s needs of computers, supplies, and accessories
Supervising the maintenance of college computers.
Supervising the preparation of teaching courses for college members.
Supervising summer training for students from inside and outside the college.
Supervising the Internet system and providing Internet lines to departments and units according to priority of need.
Supervising the activities assigned to the center.
Follow up on the continuous updating of the website.
Purchasing and distributing various computer devices and supplies (inks, spare materials, laboratory materials, etc.) to the various departments and units of the college.
Monitoring and constantly updating the website by publishing college activities, news, and announcements.

Providing periodic maintenance and repair services for computers and networks.

Managing and updating the content of the college website.
Develop new features and improve the user experience of the website.
