Practical lectures in engineering workshops: integrated field training with a focus on occupational safety

Under the guidance of Professor Dr. Sabah Muhammad Al-Mutuki, Dean of the Technical  Engineering College of Petroleum and Energy, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assist. Prof. Dr.. Sadiq Hassan Al-Kaabi gave practical lectures to college students in engineering workshops, where the students were introduced to the various workshops and explained the details of working in them.

The importance of adhering to occupational safety procedures was also stressed, including wearing personal protective equipment, applying safe work rules, and ensuring the safety of the devices and machines used.  The lectures were held under the supervision of a specialized engineering and technical staff with the aim of developing the students’ skills and refining their practical experiences to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market.
