Technical College of Engineering for Oil and Energy / Al-Muthanna holds a workshop on the steps to prepare scientific research for publication in reputable journals

The Department of Oil and Gas Engineering Technologies at the Technical College of Engineering, one of the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat University, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a workshop entitled (Steps to Prepare Scientific Research for Publication in Reputable Journals). The workshop dealt with how to prepare distinguished scientific research for publication, emphasizing the importance of accuracy in documenting sources and choosing appropriate topics. Databases and leading publishing houses were also addressed, in addition to warning against commercial and fake journals, with advice to avoid them and ensure publication in reputable global containers, by relying on the official page of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Through these workshops, Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University seeks to enhance the capabilities of researchers in the fields of scientific research and ensure the quality of research, which contributes to raising the educational level at the university.
