The Technical College Organizes an Awareness Lecture on Women’s Role in Development and Decision-Making

Under the supervision of the Deanery of the Technical Engineering College for Oil and Energy, the Women’s Affairs Unit organized an awareness lecture titled “The Role of Women in Human Development and Decision-Making.” The event was attended by a number of female staff members and students of the college.

The lecture addressed the importance of women’s participation in decision-making positions, their role in supporting human and economic development, and the key challenges in work and educational environments.

These activities fall within the Middle Technical University’s plans to support women’s empowerment and active participation in society.
