The President of Middle Technical University Extends Letter of Appreciation to Former Dean

Professor Dr. Hassan Lateef Al-Zubaidi, President of Middle Technical University, has issued a letter of thanks and appreciation to former Dean of the Technical Engineering College for Oil and Energy, Professor Dr. Sabah Mohammed Al-Mutawagi, on the occasion of the end of his assignment to manage the college’s affairs.
