- Prepares requirements for College Quality Council meetings and follows up on implementation of its resolutions.
- Accreditation Standards Compliance
- Monitors the application of quality standards in education to achieve annual accreditation.
- Committee Oversight
- Supervises committees related to:
- Curriculum updates (e.g., course content modernization).
- University performance and quality assurance.

- Documents departmental activities (conferences, exhibitions, cultural festivals, training) and submits reports to the Ministry.
