Supervising the work performance of the division’s members, following up on their activities, and distributing tasks according to units in a way that helps develop and improve work performance.
Formulating plans and programs for the division’s work and following up on their implementation.
Viewing the division’s incoming mail and referring it to the relevant unit.
Answering the college’s inquiries regarding the application of administrative systems and instructions.
Identifying deficiencies in the college’s administrative performance and determining the size of the performance gap.
Addressing the university and determining the frameworks required to complete administrative transactions.
Evaluating the performance of employees in the division and submitting it to the relevant authorities after discussing with the members about their performance.
Preparing the necessary studies to provide information to the Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University in various fields.
Follow up on the completion of an updated database for teachers, technicians, administrators and the college’s infrastructure.
Membership in relevant committees within the college.
Holding training and development courses for employees in the administrative division.
Representing the Division in scientific, administrative, and technical conferences and seminars within the scope of the Division’s jurisdiction.
Recommending the establishment of the necessary training courses for members of the division.
The division consists of the following units
Staff unit
Issuing administrative orders for Academic, technical, and administrative members (transfer/placement/bonuses/vacations/sick and regular leaves/changing addresses/and issuing official books).
Configure and update service Archives
Preparing housing information in coordination with the university.
Answering letters received from the university and other departments
Follow up on academic documents and the validity of their issuance
Completing appointment transactions and preparing service books.
Entering an integrated program for technicians that includes the information necessary to complete the technicians’ work in the correct manner on the computer (identifying data)
Preparing annual bonus forms, fixing the required information on them, sending them to the scientific departments for the purpose of evaluation, then sending them to the Dean, and then issuing the administrative order granting the bonus.
Issuing orders to be absent from official work (absence without pay) and following up immediately after the interruption
Issuing resignation orders from the job based on the employee’s request, or deeming him resigned from the job if he is absent from official work for ten consecutive days.
Issuing regular and sick leave orders and verifying the issuance of medical reports
Preparing organized archives of long leaves, transfers to and from our college, study leaves, and all variables
Attending the meetings of the Placement Committee at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University and completing the placement of technicians for each year, and sometimes attendance is monthly.
Preparing the variables and their fees for each technician and sending copies of them to the housing committee at the university.
Issuing orders of thanks, appreciation, and financial rewards recommended by the Dean

Distributing mail to all departments, units, and divisions in the college
Distributing mail outside the college
Distribution of incomings from Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University and from other departments
Organizing mail distribution archives
Preserving official administrative orders
Save issued letters and department files
Create a screen archive for the letters of commencement, resignation, reinstatement, age confirmation, last salary, and unpaid leaves for all members of the college, and store them in the calculator.
Retirement unit
Issuing university orders to refer to retirement based on the request of an employee who is not of legal age or for health reasons.
Extending the job service of non-teaching employees after obtaining the necessary approvals for this.
Reviewing requests to add services, presenting them to the committee formed for this purpose, obtaining official approval of their minutes, then issuing the necessary administrative order for that and sending them to the university.
Sending the retirement application for the Institute’s employees to the National Retirement Authority through an authorized person for the purpose of granting him retirement rights.
Verifying the entitlement of the retired employee to accumulated leave salaries, retirement bonus, end-of-service bonus, etc., in accordance with the Unified Retirement Law and the relevant articles of the University Service Law.
Follow up on the payment of pension contributions deducted from the Institute’s employees to the National Retirement Authority in coordination with the College’s Financial Affairs Division.
Referring the applications of members to the Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University Authority for all orders (requesting regular leave with or without pay / transfer / placement / referral to retirement, resignation… etc.)
