One of the duties of the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs is to follow up on the college’s administrative affairs and supervise the units, divisions, and departments affiliated with the college dean. The Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs also follows up on the affairs of the college’s members, including teachers and employees, in terms of following up on their attendance and discipline in accordance with the applicable regulations and instructions, and agreeing to grant them regular, sick, and time leaves after the approval of their affiliated departments, and referring them to the Administrative Division to issue administrative orders related to the leave request and its type. The Administrative, Legal, and Accounts Division falls under the direct supervision of the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, in addition to other units and divisions such as the Parks, Maintenance, and Services Unit. The Assistant Dean also chairs several committees.
