The Technical Engineering College of Oil and Energy / Al-Muthanna Holds a Seminar Titled “Instructions for Examination Committees”

Under the direct guidance of Professor Dr. Sabah Mohammed Al-Mutawki, Dean of the College, the Technical Engineering College of Oil and Energy, one of the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a scientific seminar titled “Instructions for Examination Committees” in preparation for the midterm exams of the first semester for the academic year 2024–2025.

The lecture was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Sadiq Hassan Al-Kaabi, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and Students. During the seminar, he highlighted the roles of examination committee members, including supervisors and monitors, emphasizing the regulations governing the conduct of exams, the duties of committees in organizing examination halls, monitoring students, handling violations, and ensuring the smooth and orderly progression of exams.

The seminar aimed to provide a disciplined examination environment that promotes transparency and integrity in the examination process. It also sought to enhance the efficiency of the staff and reinforce adherence to regulations to ensure the success of the exams.
